Can I request a specific delivery time?
We optimize routes daily for efficiency and cannot schedule around individual work hours. To keep you informed, we send:
- Day Prior: an approximate time window via email.
- Day Of: a notification when you are the next stop.
- Completion: a confirmation once your food is delivered.
What if I'm not home?
Please leave a cooler or grocery thermal bags in a visible spot. Leave a note in the order comments at checkout so our driver knows exactly where to place your order.
Apartment & Condo Deliveries
We deliver to buildings with suitable parking access. Please provide your buzz code and unit number. If curbside parking is unavailable, we may not be able to complete the delivery.
